Bilingual supervisor

The objective of the Supervisor position at Outsourcing To Colombia SAS is to ensure compliance with the operational and quality objectives of the team of agents in charge, through supervision, support and continuous training, ensuring efficient, timely and high quality customer service.

Experience: 3 years in similar positions, 1 year of equipment management on English platforms.

Functions:
- Development and implementation of team monitoring systems.
- Provide constant feedback and training to the staff under his supervision,
- Compliance with policies and manuals for their daily functions.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Motivate your team to achieve the goals set by the company.
- Mastery of your work team.
- Look after the interests of the company
- Ensuring the operational efficiency of the customer service team while maintaining high quality standards
- Meeting KPIs and customer satisfaction through proactive supervision, effective leadership and continuous improvement, in line with company objectives.
- Fluency in English for customer communication.
- Knowledge and management of customer service in Europe.

Recruitment characteristics:
- Contract Work or labour renewable
- Working day less than 46 hours from Monday to Saturday with a rest day distributed in 4 days of the week.
- Route for commuting to and from work each day
- Salary to be agreed according to experience
