PURPOSE:
Develop and efficiently manage the project BIM models that integrate multidisciplinary information, facilitating decision making, conflict detection and improved collaboration between the various design teams based on design and construction models (DWG/RVT, NWC, NWD, IFC), under the parameters and design requirements stipulated in the concession contract resulting precise, sustainable and coordinated design and construction, To contribute to operational efficiency and safety.

- Main Responsibilities:
To comply with the established BEP, agreements, and all BIM-related requirements outlined by ML1, while being aware of the modeling criteria for both Revit and Civil 3D as developed by the project
To coordinate the Construction contractors in all the BIM topics related to the BIM implementation during the project's construction stage
To coordinate the UCD BIM modelers team to guarantee the BIM deliverables production.
To develop the BIM Uses output based on the models developed by BIM Modelers. The output shall follow those defined in the BEP developed, or upon specific requirement of this project.
To review the Method Statement, Program in Primavera p6, and other technical documents before developing the BIM Uses.
To review the BIM Deliverables based on the criteria defined in the BEP and by ML1 to ensure the quality of the deliveries.
When necessary, conduct a review with feedback provided to the modeler
To join all the necessary BIM Coordination meetings, including the meetings with ML1 and Construction Contractors, with the project Supervisor and Client upon request.
To ellaborate the routine reports and communications to report progress to ML1.
To guarantee the compliance of the information sharing, following the established requirements and procedures based on ACC or other platform used in the project.
To produce construction BIM models for some specific BIM uses. (REVIT/CIVIL3D)
Fluent in both English and Spanish. Use Spanish to assist the Chinese BIM coordinator for external coordination, and manage and coordinate the daily BIM production work of the local BIM team. Coordinate with the Chinese team upon request.

- Essential Requirements
Mechanical Engineering and/or Eletrical Engineering and/or Santary Engineering/ Architectural Engineering and/or Civil Engineering and/or Railway Transportation
Knowledge (Education): 1.Solid skill in the AEC collections, such as Navisworks Manage, Revit, Civil 3D. Also, the experience in BIM360 or ACC is required.
2.Those who have participated in the metro line 1 project of Bogota before are speficially preferred.
3.Experience of working based on BIM360/ACC (Autodesk construction cloud) is preferred.
6 years of General experience in design stage and construction stage
4 years Specific expertise in navisworks, civil 3d, revit, BIM360, ACC

Languages: Advanced level of english
