As part of our commitment to advancing pharmaceutical innovation, we are currently seeking a motivated Clinical Operations Associate to support our clinical trial operations team in Bogotá, Colombia. Job Description:
The Clinical Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the clinical trial process, ensuring smooth and compliant trial operations. Working closely with senior clinical staff, including Clinical Trial Managers, this position provides essential support in the day-to-day management of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:
Trial Support: Assist with the preparation, execution, and oversight of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to trial protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Documentation and Compliance: Support the management of essential clinical trial documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP, ICH).
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the clinical trial team, external partners, and clinical trial sites to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues.
Logistical Coordination: Coordinate logistics related to clinical trials, including trial supplies, equipment, and site visits.
Monitoring Support: Assist with the monitoring of clinical trial progress, including tracking milestones and reporting to senior staff on any trial delays or issues.
Regulatory Support: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with the preparation for site audits or regulatory inspections.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in clinical trials, healthcare, or a related field (experience in clinical operations is a plus).
Familiarity with clinical trial regulations (e.g., GCP, ICH) and practices is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively within a team and take initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
