Cloud engineer bilingüe

We are looking for a talented Ssr / Sr. Cloud Engineer to join our team and drive impactful cloud solutions. This role focuses primarily on AWS, with responsibilities ranging from information security to infrastructure (servers, serverless, containers) and specialized AWS services like Amazon Connect, Workspaces, and Media Services.

Location: Hybrid in Bogotá – 3 days remote, 2 days in the office
Contract Type: Permanent (Indefinite-term contract)
English Level: B2 - C1
Salary: 6.600.000 - 10.000.000 (salary according to the profile)

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of public cloud solutions.
Support client implementations, including cloud migrations, environment optimizations, and SaaS solution deployments.
Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and ongoing support for cloud solutions.
Contribute to product and service enhancements while supporting sales efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in Computer Engineering or a related field.
3 - 4 years of experience in infrastructure, networking, servers, or security.
Proven experience with Kubernetes and cloud migrations (essential).
Hands-on expertise with a Public Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies like Xen or HyperV.
Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
Experience troubleshooting servers, storage, networking, and VPNs.
Familiarity with web servers (Tomcat, Apache, IIS) and databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate with senior-level clients.
Knowledge of SCRUM, GIT, and cloud management tools.
