Requirements
Must to have:
•4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and administration, with a focus on computer systems and virtualization in an enterprise or managed services environment.
•In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with modern virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware Sphere, Microsoft Hyper-V), including advanced features and troubleshooting.
•Strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience working within an ITIL-aligned service delivery framework (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
•Extensive experience with HPE computer systems, including server hardware (ProLiant, Synergy), management tools (iLO, OneView), and related technologies.
•Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (various versions).
•Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Linux operating systems (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
•Solid understanding of server hardware components and firmware management.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for system administration tasks.
•Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices for computer infrastructure.

Responsibilities
•Provide expert operational support and administration for customer computing infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers.
•Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex incidents and problems related to computer systems, virtualization platforms, and operating systems.
•Implement and manage changes according to ITIL processes, ensuring minimal disruption to customer services.
•Participate in root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventative measures.
•Collaborate with other technical teams (networking, storage, security) to resolve cross-domain issues.
•Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
•Identify opportunities for service improvement and automation within the computer domain.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
•Assist with capacity planning and performance tuning activities.
•Ensure compliance with customer security policies and best practices.
