What will you do in this role?
As part of the team, you’ll be a key player on the front lines. You won’t just be answering calls – you’ll be solving problems, assisting customers in finding what they need, and even generating new sales opportunities!

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through calls and other channels.
Identifying sales opportunities in every interaction, turning challenges into new business!
Building long-term relationships with our customers, ensuring an excellent experience and trust.
Meeting sales targets both individually and as a team, while maintaining high-quality service.
Managing and recording information accurately to keep everything running smoothly.
Providing effective solutions to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Following communication procedures and policies, always striving to improve the customer experience.
