Role Description:

Supervise and manage a remote and global team of data analysts responsible for acquiring, organizing, and enriching prospect data.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance monitoring for the team, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives and standards for accuracy, compliance, and data enablement.
Develop and implement a scalable strategy for the collection, management, and use of marketing acquisition data.
Lead efforts to research and create highly accurate B2B prospect lists using various sources (databases, tools, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ensure that all prospect data, including company details, contact information, and job titles, is up-to-date and relevant.
Perform data enrichment, cleansing, and deduplication to maintain the integrity of prospect lists.
Segment the lists based on industries, company size, location, and other key criteria to optimize campaign performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, in the management and use of prospect data.
Maintain the secure handling of all data and adhere to the company's privacy standards.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are popular tools used for sales intelligence, prospecting, and B2B lead generation
