E-commerce operation manager

JOB TITLE: E-Commerce Operation Manager

1. In charge of third-party e-commerce platforms, monitor and adjust traffic on a daily basis, plan and execute activities etc.
2. Handle daily operational activities and requests from Operation Managers, including product page creation, sales activities configuration, etc.
3. Work cross-functionally with ecommerce team to ensure flawless execution of online content and enhancements.
4. Coordinate and cooperate with other team members to implement campaign project properly.
5. Develop customer insights to improve the e-commerce business.
6. Find customer insights in e-commerce data to share with product marketing to improve products and/or sales in all channels.
7. Provide detailed reporting on product trends, competitor trends with actionable data to support business development decision making processes.
8. Responsible for completing other tasks issued by director.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND: Bachelor degree is required, and diploma in Marketing/E-commerce it is representing an advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience in E-commerce operation, online marketing platforms or related areas.
LANGUAGE: Fluent spoken and written English.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
Fluent using of PowerPoint and Excel
• Fast learner and keep attention to details
• Strong time management skills, Ability to schedule duties/projects (multi-task), and ability to work unsupervised, attention to detail and an evident work ethic.
