E-commerce operation manager

We are looking for E-commerce Operation Manager with advanced English Level and experience more than 3 years in B2C working with market places as Mercado Libre, Amazon, Falabella.
Main responsibilities:
1. Monitor and adjust traffic on a daily basis, plan and execute activities etc.
2. Handle daily operational activities and requests from Operation Managers, including product page creation, sales activities configuration, etc.
3. Work cross-functionally with ecommerce team to ensure flawless execution of online content and enhancements.
4. Coordinate and cooperate with other team members to implement campaign project properly.
5. Develop customer insights to improve the e-commerce business.
6. Find customer insights in e-commerce data to share with product marketing to improve products and/or sales in all channels.
7. Provide detailed reporting on product trends, competitor trends with actionable data to support business development decision making processes.
Contract labor and work for the 1st year after that will be renewed for long-term contract. Advanced English level is required.
