What You'll Do
We are seeking a driven and talented engineer to support the production and development of our cutting-edge web applications, combining analytical expertise and quality assurance. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring excellence in delivering Payroll and HR services to the entire LATAM region, while collaborating with our global teams. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

Collaborate closely with the Product Team and provide direct support to the Development Team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Manage production and development for our in-house middleware application, which focuses on data management for HR and payroll across LATAM.
Analyze data from API and XML interfaces, identifying solutions and optimizations.
Serve as a key liaison between account managers and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Lead Quality Assurance efforts for software releases, guaranteeing top-notch product delivery.
Work in a multicultural environment, connecting and collaborating with teams from across North America, LATAM, Europe, and EMEA.

What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a passion for collaboration. Here's what we require:

Background in Systems/Industrial Engineering
English proficiency (B2+) is a must; Portuguese is a plus.
Strong background in Quality Assurance processes.
Experience with RESTful APIs and understanding of web application architecture.
Strong data analysis skills, particularly with APIs and XML.
Proficiency in Macros and script development, with the ability to automate and enhance workflows.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI).
Exceptional communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, thriving in an Agile environment.

Bonus Points
While not required, these additional skills would make you an even stronger fit:
Experience with AWS serverless services such as Lambda, SQS, and CloudWatch.
SQL skills for creating and amending complex queries and functions.
Strong coding standards and familiarity with version control systems.
