Fullstack developer (node, react, python)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer!

We are seeking an ideal candidate with experience in Node, ReactJS, and Python, along with a solid understanding of cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced agile development environment, playing a key role in creating and maintaining our software solutions. Additionally, you will assist our clients in troubleshooting any software issues they may have.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Node/Python for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend.
Write and maintain Python scripts for automation and backend services.
Leverage cloud platforms (preferably AWS) to create scalable and reliable applications.
Collaborate with DevOps to ensure seamless integration into cloud infrastructure.
Write efficient SQL and NoSQL queries for data management and analysis.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance optimization.
Contribute to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings following agile methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve the platform.

Qualifications:
Over 2 - 3 years of experience in ReactJS and Node/Python development.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Intermediate English skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.
Knowledge of message queue systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Experience in Java development.
Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and TDD practices.
Familiarity with other front-end frameworks like Vue.js or Angular is a plus.
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer) are a plus.

Location: Hybrid in Bogotá - 3 days remote, 2 days in the office
