We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with strong experience in networking, security, and cloud technologies to join a leading company in the financial sector. What You’ll Do:
- Network & Security: Manage VPN setup & configuration, Cisco/Dell switches & routers, SonicWall firewalls.
- Windows Infrastructure: Support Windows Server 2012+, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
- Virtualization & Cloud: Work with VMware ESXi, VSAN, AWS, and Azure.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement security policies, vulnerability scanning, endpoint security.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Provide 24/7 operational support for critical IT environments.

What You Need to Apply:
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & systems management.
- Strong knowledge of networking, Windows servers, and security best practices.
- Advanced English (B2-C1) for technical communication and collaboration.
- Certifications in networking/security (CISSP, CCNP, Azure, AWS) are a plus.

- Location: Bogotá, 100% on-site (Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8 AM - 8 PM, with 1 home office day per week).
- Salary Range: $12,000,000 - $15,000,000 COP.
