Job Offer: IT Coordinator



Geodis Colombia is looking for an IT Coordinator in the city of BOGOTA to join our team.

Academic Training



• Professional or student in the last semesters of systems engineering, electronics, mechatronics or related fields.

• Desirable with Windows MCSE, VCP-DCV certifications

• ITIL V3/V4 Certification

• Advanced intermediate level of English.



Experience



• Minimum 3 years of experience in positions related to server administration and PC L1/L2 support



Responsibilities:



• Manage the infrastructure and application inventory for the company.

• Manage the Office 365 portal according to the company's needs.

• Ensure proper management of information in the systems.

• Manage the access management process within the IT security and controls policy.

• Administer server hardware and software

• Install and configure server software

• Maintain network security

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot server issues

• Perform system backups and disaster recovery operations

• Develop and implement server policies and procedures

• Configure user accounts

• Monitor system performance

• Be responsible for creating and maintaining user documentation,

• Configure virtual private networks (VPN) and create automated systems to manage server tasks.

• Manage the help desk process to ensure an adequate level of service to the user and provide IT service metrics that allow for continuous improvement.
