Logistics customer service representative bilingual - temporary

This is a temporary position (6 months) with one of the biggest multinational companies of the Health-tech industry. It is FUNDAMENTAL to have an ADVANCE LEVEL OF ENGLISH (B2-C1).

This Representative provides support to international customers as well as the Global Supply Chain organization. Ensure that all proper service is provided to the company's Entities, Third Party customers and vendors for activities such as order management, demand allocation, returns, communication and other related tasks.

Responsibilities':
• Executes return recalls and transportation operations processes in the region
• Processes return transactions
• Executes inventory redeployment process in the region
• Monitors shipment schedules
• Administers documentation for import/export and customs compliance
• Allocates goods within the system (NL)
• Dedicated to support specific region based on volume and/or complexity.
• Registers service complaints and follow up till resolution.
• Supports cross functional process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Administers the Order2Cash process.
• Miscellaneous duties as needed.
