Operations specialist

About the role
As an Operations Specialist, you'll be responsibale of managing banking transactions, performing reconciliations, and monitoring financial products. In this position you will ensure the accuracy of transactional records, facilitating the automation of processes, and overseeing compliance with financial regulations.

What you will do
*Handling bank reconciliations and transactions through systems like PSE and correspondent banking.
*Reporting KPIs and analyzing performance indicators to evaluate financial product performance.
*Implementation and oversight of automated processes to improve operational efficiency.
*Validation and compensation of payments through systems like Credibanco, ACH, and Redeban.
*Preparation of regulatory reports and control of processes in line with current regulations.

What you need to succeed
*Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Accounting, Economics.
*3 to 5 years in the banking or fintech sector.
*Advanced Excel.
*English level- Intermediate
*Transactional and banking reconciliations.
*Creation and analysis of KPIs or financial product indicators.
*Knowledge of process automation.
*Experience with compensation in payment systems (ACH, Redeban, Credibanco).
*Preparation of regulatory reports and financial process control.
