Personal care technical support

Hi,

Seligo Tech (a recruitment agency) is assisting a pharmaceutical company in its search for its next Personal Care Technical Support –Latam.

Required Education: Pharmacy, Chemist or chemistry engineering.

Desirable technical experience in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry or raw materials, knowledge of manufacturing processes, product formulation, quality and cosmetic regulatory standards.

Excellent interpersonal relationships and proactivity.

Self-confident, resilient, and reliable, in addition to self-discipline and excellent communication.

Ability to take initiatives and make proposals proactively. Entrepreneurial mindset.

Systematic thinking, well-organized, quick learner, results-oriented, and highly capable of meeting deadlines.

Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office software.

Languages: spoken fluency and writing skills in English and Spanish (mandatory).

Portuguese: desired.

Main responsibilities:

Technical support for the personal care division with a business orientation, covering Colombia + Mexico + Peru + Guatemala + Costa Rica (other countries may be added in the future)

Responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing new projects with existing clients; identifying unmet technical needs;

Understand the expectations of potential clients and how the company can offer solutions to meet them, adapting proposals, defining the products to be promoted, and studying the client’s portfolio according to specific demands;

Coordination of projects via Salesforce, with goals measured by Brazil based on the number of projects secured with clients/distributors in each territory;

Technical support and presentations to clients in Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru to present cosmetic portfolio, provide tailored support to customers and distributors in the territory;

Close collaboration with local distributors and Brasil team.
