Product support specialist

The Product Solution Specialist provides primary support for order fulfilment and inventory activities while utilizing analytical and collaboration with the Operating Units. The individuals in this role have a solid understanding of systems and reporting used to complete inventory transactions and ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained. This role is remote based in Colombia.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Execute daily backorder management and par level variance reports, ship, and release product as appropriate
Driver in daily shared work including running winshuttles, reports, lot traces, completes add loss requests, updating TPS errors and alerts and general order management requests through a shared inbox
Develop credibility, trust, and respect from internal and external customers and is viewed as a key resource for PSO order fulfilment expertise to accomplish inventory management goals and objectives
Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline work across multiple divisions
Analize and execute moves of expired inventory in the field to reduce obsolesces
Participate in standardization and increased efficiencies and automation
Support multiple Operating Units
Required Knowledge and Experience:

Highschool degree
One year of experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics or back-office activities
Fluent in English
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge in SAP is advantageous
