We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Project Controller.

Hybrid (Carrera 11 #84-9, Chapinero, Bogotá, Colombia).

What makes you a strong candidate:
• You are expert in project management.
• You are proficient electrical engineering, information management, and installation coordination.
• Spanish - Native or fully fluent.
• English - Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:
Location: Bogotá, Colombia (with frequent travel to the United States).
Contract Type: Permanent.
Salary Range: To be discussed.
Work Model: Hybrid.

Your Mission:
Lead Team Foods' expansion in the United States, ensuring the flawless execution of strategic manufacturing projects.

What will you do at Team Foods?
• Orchestrate each phase of the project, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
• Analyze and select state-of-the-art equipment, optimizing investment and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate installation in the United States, leading work teams and guaranteeing excellence in every detail.
• Manage information with precision, ensuring transparency and traceability at each stage of the project.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, driving innovation and efficiency in processes.

Requirements:
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, with a specialization in Project Management or Assembly Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial project assemblies, preferably in the food or chemical sector.
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) for effective communication with our partners in the United States. (Essential requirement).
• Valid visa and availability to travel to the United States. (Essential requirement).
