Project manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cladding/façade projects from planning to completion. You’ll manage budgets, timelines, and teams while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze project specs and prepare cost estimates
• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of cladding projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients
• Oversee budgets, risk management, and quality control
• Maintain documentation and lead project teams
• Serve as main point of contact for clients
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 5+ years in cladding/façade project management
• Strong knowledge of cladding systems and installation
• Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Familiar with building codes and safety standards
