We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to help maintain the client and caregiver relationship, ensuring a “best in home care” experience for everyone involved. This role is essential for matching caregivers with clients and ensuring all referrals are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Verbal Communication: Answer phone inquiries and messages in an upbeat, professional manner. Maintain ongoing communication with associates and clients to evaluate service quality.
Customer Focus: Respond promptly and courteously to all client calls, handling referrals and inquiries related to our programs.
Adaptability: Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts as needed.
Decision Making/Judgment: Uphold integrity in all interactions, embodying the company’s vision, mission, and core values. Problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Organization: Schedule and coordinate daily activities for caregivers. Process payroll duties including verifying time sheets and updating records.
Stress Management: Perform on-call coordinator duties as necessary, maintaining professionalism in all interactions while multitasking effectively.
Likability: Interview, screen, and test applicants, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Support recruiting, hiring, orientations, and disciplinary actions.
Resourcefulness: Assist with general office and clerical functions, completing other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
Office Skills: Basic office and computer skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal relations and telephone skills.
Medical Terminology: Knowledge of common medical terminology is a plus.
Independence: Ability to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
Language: Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English as needed for the role.
Availability: Willingness to be available for on-call duties outside of normal office hours.

Monday to Friday - 7 AM to 5 PM
