Salary: COP $13,000,000

What you’ll do:
As a Software Implementation Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of software projects for external clients—ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality implementations. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement in project execution and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
- Full SDLC project management (initiation to closure)
- Scope, time, cost, quality, communication, and risk management
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Monitor revenue forecasts and project KPIs
- Be the main point of contact for clients
- Support project methodology evolution and best practices

?? We’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software/consulting companies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields
- English level: B2-C1
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with international clients
- Experience in software implementation and delivery
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global environments
- PMP certification is a plus
