Sr financial analyst

Essential functions:
· Uses software and scripting, typically including Tableau and SQL, to generate metrics and reports and synthesize them into actionable recommendations.
· Assists one or more business teams in understanding and utilizing data.
· Provides support to management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results based on the needs of end users.
· Responsible for leadership reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and/or data QA.
· Collaborates with various function teams such as finance/accounting, business development, and executive leadership to achieve business results.

· Clearly communicates actionable insights based on analysis performed.
· Has a strong knowledge of performance reporting & analysis, commission/pay models, corporate financial evaluations, and costing/budget/profitability methodologies and processes.
· Demonstrates ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
· Experience creating and designing scalable report and dashboard templates.
Competencies:
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel (required)
· Tableau or Power BI (required)
· SQL/MySQL (required)
· Snowflake (preferred)
· Salesforce familiarity (preferred)
Required education and experience:
· Bachelor's degree preferred and/or current related certifications.
· 5 - 10 years of related experience required
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm CST or 9am to 6pm CST
On site in Barranquilla, Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Bucaramanga.
