Requirements
• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models and solutions.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Consumer Products, Retail, or Healthcare is highly recommended
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of AI models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Conduct research and stay updated on AI trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks and tools for various projects.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
