Trilingual customer service representative (portuguese c1)

We are looking for a Trilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills in Spanish, English and portuguese and the ability to handle diverse, cross-cultural projects. Job Description:
• Respond promptly to player inquiries via email using Freshdesk tool in Portuguese, Spanish - English C1 for tools usage
• Assist with account-related issues such as login problems, Tier 1 billing inquiries, gameplay, and security/access concerns.
• Provide guidance on in-game mechanics, basic rules, and first troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 (Client Support) CS Team as needed through communication tools and sheets.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and friendly tone in all player interactions, and role-play when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and report recurring issues or potential game improvements in order to compile and share with CS Team.
• Stay updated on game updates, patches, and maintenances to provide accurate information.
• Document interactions and follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely resolutions and a high quality of service.
