As a Junior Business Analyst at BairesDev, you will support the analysis and documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions. You'll work under the guidance of senior analysts to gather information, conduct research, and help translate business needs into functional requirements while gaining experience in business analysis methodologies.

What You Will Do:

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the creation of process maps, user stories, and use cases.
- Help conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Participate in requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases and project documentation.
What we are looking for:

- 1+ year of experience in business analysis or related field.
- Basic knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with requirements documentation and management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good level of English.
