IT Recruiter Trainee at BairesDev

We are on the lookout for an IT Recruiter Trainee to join our HR team, focusing on engaging candidates across various tech profiles for BairesDev and its clients. Ideal candidates are proactive, dynamic, excel in a team environment, and possess a high organizational capacity with acute attention to detail. This role is a prime opportunity for individuals eager to grow in a rapidly expanding company, enhancing their skills in talent attraction and recruitment processes.

What you will do

- Establish and maintain relationships with candidates through various professional networks.
- Engage with potential candidates, scheduling interviews with Talent Acquisition Specialists and confirming their expectations and current information, such as availability and salary expectations.
- Facilitate the flow of candidate data to the Recruiting/Staffing team efficiently.
- Prioritize and communicate requests from the Recruiting and Staffing team to the Team - Manager effectively.
- Quickly adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing work environment.

What we are looking for

- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and persuasion.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Background in online and phone sales techniques beneficial.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
