Junior IT Recruiter at BairesDev

We are seeking a Junior IT Recruiter to specialize in data mining within Candidate Databases, Developer Platforms, and Job Boards, adhering to a rigorous hiring methodology. This position calls for individuals with a knack for identifying talent, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of tech recruiting. What you will do

- Employ innovative and data-driven approaches to identify elusive profiles in the tech industry.
- Utilize objective search criteria to pinpoint highly specific candidate leads.
- Analyze large datasets to devise strategic plans for finding candidates most likely to apply to open positions.
- Develop unique outreach strategies to engage passive candidates who are not actively job searching.
What we are looking for

- 2+ years of experience in Talent Recruitment, specifically within the IT industry.
- Proficiency searching on platforms like LinkedIn, StackOverflow, and GitHub.
- Skilled in IT-specific head-hunting techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
