- Main Responsability
Support the network section in the preparation of legal concepts, presentation and response to legal actions from third parties, and act as representatives of the company in any legal proceedings against it and its employees.
Manage modifications to the concession contract, present amicable compositions, handle administrative sanction processes, manage licenses and permits, and maintain relationships with district and national entities.
Conduct due diligence in the bidding processes for contracts, draft contracts, negotiate contracts, manage their respective signing, deliver the contract to the responsible department, provide legal support during contract execution, apply contractual tools to monitor, enforce, correct, and/or penalize the conduct of subcontractors, draft and review formal communications, draft amendments (variation orders), manage guarantees and bonds, and settle contractual relationships.
Tasks:
Provide the necessary support to other collaborators for the completion of assigned tasks.
Verify compliance with legal and corporate requirements of the managed documentation.
Conduct due diligence for the Company’s bidding processes, including the preparation and negotiation of legal documents and legal evaluations of interested bidders.Conduct due diligence for the Company’s bidding processes, including the preparation and negotiation of legal documents and legal evaluations of interested bidders.
Support the Legal and Commercial Advisory team in various activities related to project execution, including drafting contracts, contractual communications, legal opinions, and other documents requested by different areas of the company. Documents are drafted in both English and Spanish.
Maintain business relationships with contractors, state entities, and external advisors. Relationships are conducted in both English and Spanish.
Participate in internal and external meetings and provide legal and commercial support during them.
Prepare and draft legal opinions regarding Unforeseen Items of Networks under the Concessionaire's responsibility to be presented to the Interventoría and EMB.
Support internal organizational activities of the Commercial and Legal Department, including preparing agendas, document control, meeting minutes, and tracking departmental tasks, among others.
- Essential Requirements
Time of experience and areas
5 years of experience as a Lawyer in legal firms, Experience in legal advisory and/or contract advisory, especially in infrastructure, can be other industries

Languages B2 -Mandatory

salary: 5.500.000 to 6.000.000.000
