We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator. You will work closely with the Project Manager and field staff to ensure that projects are properly set up, accurately executed, and thoroughly documented.

?? Responsibilities:

Deliver product data packages & request samples for shipment ??

Review changes to contracts and assess scope impact ??

Compile employment contract requirements (bonuses, insurance, etc.) ??

Prepare value sheets, billing docs, and stockpiled material sheets ??

Generate pick tickets and installer work orders from takeoffs ??

Prepare shop drawings and installation documents ??

Collect warranties, O&M, and closeout documentation ???

Communicate and ensure full client satisfaction ??

?? Requirements:

Civil Engineering degree

2+ years of Project Management experience

Advanced English (C1) – spoken and written ????

Strong attention to detail & critical thinking

Able to read contract drawings and specs

Knowledge of construction sequencing and cost estimation

Team player & client-focused mindset

?? Salary: 3.300.000 COP
