Description:
An international company focused on event management and associations in Canada is seeking a Content Writer responsible for editing, proofreading, and creating content. The role also involves supporting event managers with virtual events and collaborating with the graphic designer as needed.

We Offer:
Service contract
Basic salary between $1,500 to $1,600 USD
100% remote

Requirements:
Advanced English (C1)
Bachelors degree or 4 years combination of education and related experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Constant Contact and WordPress.
Concise and grammatically correct writing skills.
Strong proofreading capabilities and high standards of accuracy;
Experience with all forms of social media.
Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with friendly and effective communication skills.
Effective organizational and prioritization skills; and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.???

Responsibilities:
Edit, proofread, and post all staff blog articles on the website and social media.
Ensure staff bios are created, and updated as required.
Create content clients; build e-blasts.
Maintain and update client websites as needed; liaise with the graphic designer.
Assist communications specialist with client awards.
Support virtual client events.
Ensure client records are filed and organized in compliance with records and retention policy.
