Your Role
As a Customer Service Expert, you will:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat or email
Solve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customers' interactions.
Represent TP’s world-class standards in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For
Language Level: B2 or higher - confident and fluent communication is key!
Education and Work Experience Requirement: High School Diploma and at least 1 year experience is Customer Service Roles
Availability: Full time availability
Skills & Qualities: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and problem-solving mindset.
