?? Position: Intake Specialist (OnSite) ??
?? Client: West & Dunn
?? Salary: 3.000.000

?? Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT

?? Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer and return incoming phone calls from potential and existing clients.
· Assess and qualify potential clients using firm-provided scripts and guidelines.
· Schedule appointments and direct inquiries to the appropriate attorneys or departments.
· Accurately document interactions and case details into our Google CRM system.
· Add new potential matters and ensure data is properly entered and updated.
· Follow up on missed calls in a timely and professional manner.
· Occasionally assist with drafting simple documents.

?? Software Experience:
· Clio Grow (strong plus)
· Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

?? Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
· 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
· Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle high call volumes and perform under pressure.
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized.
· Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, task-driven environment.
· Friendly and professional demeanor with minimal accent to ensure clarity in phone communications.
