We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about our services and to handle and resolve complaints. Duties
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and SMS.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Process loan applications accurately and efficiently.
- Monitoring assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Negotiating payment deadlines or payment plans.
- Type and enter customer data accurately into the company’s software.
- Always demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written on English.
- Ability to navigate computer systems efficiently
