Your Role:

As a Customer services Expert, you will:
-Respond to all customer inquiries.
-Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
-Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
-Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.

What We’re Looking For:

-Language: B2 English level to connect with global clients.
-High School Diploma (physical copy required).
-Availability: 42 hours per week! | Two days off.
-A good listener who likes helping others.
