Role purpose
Provide support to the finance team in other areas as required.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
• Reconcile bank accounts and other accounts in the Balance, to ensure accuracy with actual operations.
• Process payments to providers and team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits and other financial assessments.
• Complete forms required by banks, providers and other business partners
• Raise Purchase orders in Sage with accuracy and timeliness.
• Update spreadsheets and financial information to prepare postings
• Keep organized records of all financial documents.
Key Skills and Knowledge Required
• Technical knowledge of finance related fields, with experience in budgeting, financial planning and cost analysis.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
• Ability to manage own workload, prioritizing when required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
