What You’ll Do:
• Provide critical support for the company’s applications, swiftly resolving incidents and requirements to keep everything running smoothly.
• Tackle infrastructure and network-related issues, performing thorough root-cause analysis and creating documentation for permanent solutions.
• Ensure seamless functionality of the applications you support by regularly checking for updates, implementing upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Take ownership of incidents from start to finish, providing detailed documentation and identifying long-term resolutions.
• Be a part of a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment by contributing best practices in application support.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the programming field – you’ve honed your technical skills and are ready for the next challenge.
• English (B2) or higher – communication skills are key in this international team.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, network protocols, cloud services (Azure), and various IT-related topics.
• Experience with application support, backend technologies such as .Net and JS, as well as basic knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), web frameworks (Angular, React, Vue), and database processes (SQL, Querys).
• A passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and staying on top of the latest technological advancements
