Landed cost coordinator

Update Landed Cost Accruals:

? Conduct thorough reviews of current freight, import fees, drayage costs,
average cube, and currency for all PSMT distribution centers and P&G loads in
collaboration with management.
? Partner with LT&C Managers to gather and analyze fee and drayage cost data.
? Execute approved updates to landed cost accruals, including global accrual
updates, master template management (business analytics tool developed by
Microsoft or similar and SharePoint), NLC calculator adjustments, and
communication of changes to the Buying team.
Managing Landed Cost Accruals:
? Review and rectify all landed cost accruals for inbound and outbound item
template fields, including mapping, rates, based on level, landed cost number,
supplier field, voucher, and unit cost inclusions.
? Monitor NLC calculators for consolidated virtual shipments from Colombia.
? Facilitate cross-departmental communication regarding variance impacts to
ensure timely updates to accruals.
? Utilize Landed Cost Department tracking reports to inform the Buying team of
accrual and mapping discrepancies.
? Assist the Buying team in reviewing individual accruals for direct loads.
? Verify and analyze air shipment accruals.
