We are looking for a Payment Specialist to join our dynamic Shared Services team. If you have experience in payment processing and are passionate about delivering efficient, high-quality financial services, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage domestic and international payments in compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Monitor payment cycles and ensure timely execution of payment runs.
Reconcile payment-related accounts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with other departments.
Support month-end closing activities related to payments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of payment processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth payment operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in payments or payment management within a Shared Services Center.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level) including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Solid understanding of financial processes and payment cycles.
English level B2 or higher – able to communicate effectively in an international environment.
Team player with a proactive mindset.
