**Key Responsibilities:**



?? **Monthly Journal Entries:** Expertly prepare and execute monthly journal entries with a keen eye for accuracy.



?? **Balance Sheet Reconciliations:** Take charge of reviewing and preparing balance sheet reconciliations, driving process improvements as needed.



?? **General Ledger Analysis:** Dive deep into general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement.



?? **Intercompany Coordination:** Skillfully coordinate intercompany processes, resolving discrepancies between locations for seamless operations.



?? **Financial Statement Audit Support:** Assist in the preparation of schedules and analyses for the financial statement audit.



?? **Multi-Currency Reconciliation:** Navigate through reconciling intercompany transactions involving multiple currencies for international entities.



?? **Lease Accounting Conversion:** Lead the conversion of leases into a new accounting software in preparation for IFRS 16 compliance.



**Requirements:**



?? **Bachelor's Degree:** Finance or Accounting.



?? **Experience:** 4 years in tax and accounting.



?? **Tech Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.



?? **Global Communication:** English proficiency is a MUST.



?? **Team Player:** Collaborate effectively with team members, meeting commitments, and delivering high-quality results.
