Role Description:



The Team Lead leads and motivates the team of agents to provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations, seeking to implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency, foster a collaborative work environment and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns. Our goal is to contribute to the growth of the company through the continuous development of the team and the optimization of customer service processes, ensuring a positive and consistent experience for our customers.



Key Responsibilities:



Leadership & People Management – Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a team of 16 people.
Communication & Collaboration – Strong verbal and written communication for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Logistics & Supply Chain Experience – Understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and tracking systems.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to handle operational issues, escalations, and process improvements.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Experience with KPIs, productivity metrics, and performance tracking.
Process Improvement & Efficiency – Knowledge of workflow optimization and operational efficiency strategies.
Tech-Savvy & System Proficiency – Familiarity with TMS (Turbo) but not mandatory, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Conflict Resolution & Team Development – Ability to resolve conflicts, provide feedback, and foster team growth.
Customer Service & Client Relations – Strong understanding of customer expectations and service excellence.
Time Management & Prioritization – Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.


Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or related roles leading teams.
B2-C1 English level proficiency
Availability to work on-site
