About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our client’s team in a fast-paced IT enterprise environment. In this role, you will contribute to gathering and translating business requirements, improving technical workflows, supporting agile development teams, and delivering scalable IT solutions.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements
• Translate business objectives into detailed technical specifications
• Partner with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions
• Analyze and document current business workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Support UAT planning, execution, and validation activities
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and help teams understand business and technical goals
• Ensure continuous alignment between business needs and IT deliverables

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting both technical and business requirements
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions
• Experience in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• English level: Intermediate to Advanced
• Availability for full-time work (8 hours/day)
