A leading multinational telecommunications corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Bogotá.
We're looking for Electronic, Systems, or Telecommunications Engineers with a minimum of three years' experience in configuring and troubleshooting corporate optical networks. The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in English (B2/B2+) and Spanish.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $6,000,000 COP
Communications Allowance: $95,000 COP
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturdays: Availability required on an as-needed basis for operational demands.
Key Qualifications
Extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting optical network devices and OTN network protocols.
Demonstrated ability to provide Level 3 support for enterprise and/or ISP client networks.
In-depth knowledge of WDM, OTN, and SDH technologies.
