Responsabilities

What you’ll do as Trilingual Customer Service Specialist?

Support our payment plattform account through different means (Multichanell). CHAT, VOICE, EMAIL
Provide excellent service by being a good listener and having commercial skills attracting and persuading.
Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
Aim to resolve interactions on a first contact by being proactive, patient, and understanding.

Requirements
Who are you?

An advanced English and French speaker who’s empathetic, responsible, and proactive.
An interaction expert with capability to handle voice-chat-emails channel.
A good listener who likes helping others by recognizing customer needs.
You have 1 year of experience in Customer Service Roles. (Certificated)

Enjoy:
42 hours per week - 2 days off (Tuesday and Wednesday OFF OR Thursday and Friday OFF).
Salary $3.307.000
Performance Bonuses 30%
Worksite: North Point (Cr 7 # 155 - 80)
Schedule:
Training:
06:00am - 15:00pm - Monday to Friday
OPS:
05:00am - 14:00pm - 2 Days OFF (Tuesday and Wednesday OFF OR Thursday and Friday OFF)
