Vice president of finance and administration

A leading business group with over 50 years of experience in the service sector, operating in Colombia, the United States, and Mexico, is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Administration. This role is key to ensuring the financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and administrative efficiency of the Group through strategic, rigorous, and ethical management of resources. The ideal candidate will have an international mindset, strong regulatory knowledge, technical leadership, and operational closeness.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or Masters in Finance or related areas.
Minimum of 8 years experience in strategic financial leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Colombian accounting and tax regulations; functional knowledge of U.S. standards is highly desirable.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
Willingness and availability to travel internationally.
