Eskander Construction, a leader in residential construction, is looking for a Virtual Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our projects from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing budgets and teams, and have a strong grasp of construction project management—this role is for you!

?? Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
? Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
? Define milestones and coordinate project phases, from design to final handover
? Plan resources, materials, and personnel for each stage

Budget & Cost Management
? Prepare and maintain project budgets within financial limits
? Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial reports
? Identify and resolve cost deviations proactively

Team Coordination & Supervision
? Lead and coordinate work teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and designers
? Conduct progress meetings to ensure alignment with project goals
? Oversee project execution to maintain quality and safety standards

Risk Management & Problem-Solving
? Identify potential project risks (financial, operational, technical) and mitigate them
? Implement contingency plans for unexpected challenges
? Continuously monitor project progress and propose solutions as needed

Client Communication
? Act as a liaison between clients and contractors
? Keep clients informed about progress, challenges, and key updates
? Ensure project expectations align with client requirements

Supplier & Subcontractor Management
? Select, negotiate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors
? Ensure on-time delivery of quality materials and services
? Monitor subcontractor performance to align with project plans

Document & Safety Management
? Maintain and organize all project-related documents (contracts, permits, reports)
? Oversee workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations
? Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members

Project Closeout & Delivery
? Coordinate the final handover, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
? Deliver final project documents (manuals, warranties, certifications, etc.)

?? Requirements:
? Education: Bachelor’s degree
? Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a project management role
? Soft Skills:
• Leadership & decision-making under pressure
• Strong time and resource management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
? Languages: Must be fluent in English
